Turpa Inc. was founded in Los Angeles, California, by two brothers, Levani Uchaneishvili and Irakli Karlo Uchaneishvili from Tbilisi, Georgia, who work together as producers, writers, directors, and creators to do films, television, theater, music, art, etc...
